Order by Online
For online orders, we recommend to use Mozilla Firefox or Chrome web browser to place your order. Due to the
personalized nature of our invitations and accessories, the payment is not
required until your order has been verified; therefore, after you place your
order online, you will receive a confirmation number by our auto-email system
and our customer service will contact you within 24 hours for the information
verification and the payment options. If you did not receive our call,
please call us and specify your order confirmation number. You may also place
your order by phone or email by specifying the item number, quantity and
options you prefer.
Order by Email

(For invitation, please provide all preferred options.)
Please note that after your order has been received by email,
the H2 order form will be emailed to you for confirmation. In addition, please DO NOT sends any
credit card information via email. Paypal is our preferred payment method; thus, after your confirmation,
the Paypal invoice will be sent directly from our H2 Cards account to you. The
payment must be confirmed thru Paypal to proceed with proofing.
Order by Phone
Please specify the item number, quantity when placing your
order. We will email you the Paypal invoice for the payment request
after the order has been confirmed.
Notes: Sales tax will be added for shipments to California
Our standard turn around time for printed orders is approximately 12-15 business days from
the day all proofs are finalized. Please add 1 to 2 weeks for out of stock items or custom made invitations.
Orders taken at our retail store will be placed on will call for pick up. Shipment of orders is
available. Please see “Shipping” section.
Once your online order is confirmed and received the payment, please allow 1-3 business days for your order
to be processed and shipped. You may purchase the items online and pick up at our Store.
