Payment
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon placement of your order for personalized items. The remaining balance is due before goods are shipped or will call. 100% full amount for non-personalized items. We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, money orders or personal checks.

Pay by Paypal
When ordering online, please provide us the email account used for your Paypal account. We will email you the payment request from Paypal once you confirmed the order details with one of our customer service representatives. We will process the order upon receiving the payments.The remaining balance will be requested after proofs are signed. We will charge the rest of the balance shortly after to avoid any delay of your shipment.

Pay by Visa or Master
Please provide the information through phone, for security purposes, please DO NOT email us your credit card information. We will call you with the order number or your order confirmation number. If you decide to call us, please specify with your order confirmation number.

Pay by checks or money orders
Please make checks or money orders payable to H2 Cards. Please mail checks to 638 Washington Street, San Francisco, CA 94111.
 
Please write the order number on your memo of your check. We will process the order upon receiving check payments.

Sales tax
Please note that California residents will be charged 9.50% sales tax.
