All sales are final. Returns are accepted ONLY if goods are
damaged or DO NOT match original customer specifications (as documented on the
order form), such as item number, quantity, ink colors, envelopes, font and
copy. However, all personalized and edible pieces that do not fit under the
guideline of acceptable products is non-returnable but may be replaced due to
misspellings or error from original signed off proofs. Replacement is
considered upon inspection of items.
Customer must call H2 Cards (415.362.6888) within 48 hours
of receiving the order. We will gladly correct and re-ship the order with
expedited delivery free of charge. Monetary refunds will not be given. All
returns and replacements must first be authorized.
If goods have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging
– we may require a digital photo of the damaged package in order to file a
claim with our shipping provider. While we require signatures on personalized
items and invitation, we are not responsible in the unfortunate event of lost
packages.
Please note that items cannot be returned based on color.
Computer monitors are calibrated differently so the colors you see online might
be slightly different from the actual printed colors. Before placing your order
online, we highly recommend that you order a sample of the design or color
you're interested in so that you can see it in person.
